Gilbert is at risk of undercounting young children in the 2020 Census. The Census Hard-to-Count map below identifies areas in Gilbert that are of high risk of undercounting children under the age of five years old.
For every Arizonan who does not respond to the Census, the state stands to lose $887 in federal funding that could go to schools, school lunch programs, hospitals, roads, and much more.
